Seller – When my father died, I needed to find a realtor to list/sell his home. Not being from the area, I knew I would need to get recommendations from locals for a good agent. For this, I looked to Zillow. I picked out three agents with high scores and interviewed them all. I must admit, I had three  good prospects, but I felt the most comfortable with Jennie and felt instinctively that she was no nonsense and highly professional. Buyer – Jennie helped us find a lovely home in the Gig Harbor area. She spent so much time and energy trying to find us the perfect place. Her knowledge of the area, as well as everything involved with a beach house – septic, wells, etc. was extremely valuable to us. She guided us through setting up all  of the necessary inspections and also provided additional input as to improvements that could be made in the future. I would highly recommend her for anyone buying or selling a home in the area. We will certainly be reaching out to Jennie, should we need realtor services in the future.
