Commission Donations to Local Charities
Commissions were donated in our clients’ honor to charities selected by YOU! Our Q2 commission donation program was SO successful in 2021 we HAD to do it again! Each time we close a sale in Q2, our buyers and sellers select which of the 3 they would like us to donate to in their name.
Q2 Charities are:
Permission to Start Dreaming
The Permission to Start Dreaming Foundation provides transformative training and programs to support local veterans and first responders in the Pacific Northwest, all designed to cultivate and facilitate Posttraumatic Growth (PTG).

Heartwood Haven Heartwood Haven fights against the disastrous effects of animal cruelty through rescue, education, and sanctuary to promote a more compassionate world for animals and humans.

Restoring communities through compassionate youth programs and coffee businesses.

MORE Commission Donations to Local Charities
YEP… because it makes a massive impact… we’ll just keep it going! We’ll pick 3 more awesome causes (selected from our survey to you) and do it all over again!! In both Q2 and Q3 you will be invited to participate, as will our buyers, sellers, lenders, and even brokers in cross sales! BRING IT ON!!!
Q3 Charities are:
Kitsap Mental Health Services provides compassionate, professional help to more than 6,500 people every year.
The Mustard Seed Project is to ensure choices for healthy aging on the Key Peninsula by connecting elders with innovative programs and resources.
Tacoma Rescue Mission, who’s vision is that every homeless person in Pierce County has access to a complete and permanent pathway out of poverty as they pursue God’s plan for their lives.Total Raised: $27,050!
Quarter 4:
Providing for Seniors in Need for the Holidays
Help us spread the JOY of the holiday season to Seniors in our communities who are often isolated and feel forgotten during this festive time of year. You can make a special Senior SMILE by donating supplies for our gift box give away.
