Buyer – We knew we needed to downsize, and we discovered a new listing in a favorite neighborhood. Bryan assisted in the purchase of our new home, which was complicated by the fact that we had not yet sold our former home, the seller of the home we wanted would not accept a contingent offer, and the home we were purchasing needed significant renovation. With Bryan’s help and advice, all obstacles were overcome, we negotiated a fair price, purchased the house and got to work on the renovations. I think it is accurate to say that without Bryan’s help and knowledge we probably would not have been successful in acquiring the house we are now living in and enjoying.
