Seller – When my father died, I needed to find a realtor to list/sell his home. Not being from the area, I knew I would need to get recommendations from locals for a good agent. For this, I looked to Zillow. I picked out three agents with high scores and interviewed them all. I must admit, I had three good prospects, but I felt the most comfortable with Jennie and felt instinctively that she was no nonsense and highly professional. This was not a simple listing as I was dealing with hoarding issues as well as stressful family dynamics and ‘estate’ issues. Jennie was truly the one touchstone that I had as I worked through the physical/emotional journey that was before me. She was always professional, quick to respond, and her instincts were always sound. I am thankful for the job she did and I would recommend her highly to anyone who is looking for a top notch realtor.
